Knott’s Berry Farm is hosting the Boysenberry Festival once again, showcasing 80 specialty food items with a boysenberry twist and live shows from March 28 to April 27. The festival will offer a $55 tasting card for six tastings at 12 food booths, with a discount for passholders. The media preview featured 20 items, including The Stack, a Boysenberry BBQ pulled pork dish that stood out as a festival favorite. Other highlights included Beef Birria Sliders, Boysenberry BBQ Short Rib Lasagna, Boysenberry Tiramisu, and Stuffed Boysenberry Pie Cookie. Knott’s also shared upcoming menu items like French Toast stuffed with boysenberry cream cheese, Boysenberry Elote, Reuben Tots, Crackling Boysenberry Cakesicle, and Caramel Brownie. The festival promises a delicious culinary experience with a wide range of boysenberry-inspired dishes and drinks available throughout the event.
