Vigil Emerges in Pasadena for Victims of Eaton Fire – Daily News


Pasadena residents Yvette Pompa and Kevin Whitaker, along with artist Roberto Marques from Dallas, Texas, came together at a vigil for the victims of the Eaton fire on January 18, 2025. Marques organized the vigil, creating a mural and wooden crosses to honor those who lost their lives in the fire. The fire, which began on January 7, resulted in 17 confirmed fatalities and over 9,000 structures destroyed.
