Known for his dominance on the mound, Scott joins a strong bullpen that already includes Blake Treinen and Michael Kopech.
The deal includes a significant signing bonus and deferred salary, which benefits both the Dodgers and Scott. Over the past two seasons, Scott has proven himself as one of the top relievers in the league with a 2.04 ERA and 34 saves. Last season with the Padres, he held opposing batters to a .179 average with a .528 OPS.
