Schuler Elementary School students in the fourth grade exhibited exceptional behavior during the month of December by exemplifying the Character Counts trait of Fairness. The students, who were guided by the principles of making decisions without bias, not taking advantage of others, and sharing with their peers, demonstrated their commitment to fairness in all aspects of their school lives.
A total of 15 students were recognized for their outstanding display of Fairness and received the Trojan Pride award. Among the recipients were Bella Buliche, Ethan Schwab, Aubree Ross, Lorelai Paul, Dalton Fell, Jace Oswalt, Emma Rowe, Skylar Peel, Faith Nanoto, Callen Waters, MaKenna Andersen, Drew Lillard, Jack Olsen, Jace Bateman, and Bickleen Easthep. These students were lauded for their ability to take only their fair share, share with others, and treat everyone with equality and respect.
As part of the Character Counts program at Schuler Elementary School, students are encouraged to embody six pillars of character, including Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. By earning the Fairness award, these fourth graders have demonstrated their dedication to being fair and just in their actions, both inside and outside the classroom.
The school community commends these students for their commitment to Fairness and hopes that their example will inspire others to follow in their footsteps. Congratulations to all the award recipients for their outstanding display of character and integrity.
