Daily News: Kings stage comeback with Anze Kopitar and Kevin Fiala scoring two goals each to defeat Flyers

The Los Angeles Kings completed a comeback against the Philadelphia Flyers with a 7-3 victory on Thursday night. Anze Kopitar and Kevin Fiala both scored two goals to lead the Kings to their eighth win in 11 games. Warren Foegele, Tanner Jeannot, and Quinton Byfield also found the back of the net, while Darcy Kuemper made 23 saves for Los Angeles.

Tyson Foerster scored twice for the Flyers, who have now lost six of their last eight games. Aleksei Kolosov allowed six goals on 26 shots in the loss.

The game was tied heading into the third period before Foegele scored to give the Kings the lead. Kopitar added an insurance goal, and Byfield sealed the victory with an empty-net goal. Fiala scored his second of the night to cap off the scoring.

The Kings continue their road trip with a game against the Nashville Predators on Saturday. This win extends their streak of allowing three goals or fewer to 10 games, while the Flyers look to bounce back from their recent struggles.
