Cub Scouts from Pack 734 in Carmel Valley recently collaborated with Cares 92130 to provide food to families in need in their community. This initiative allowed the Scouts to learn about the importance of helping others and giving back. The Scouts, along with Troop 782, participated in the “Cares 92130” program, which focuses on supporting local families and instilling values of compassion and service. Pack 734, sponsored by the Optimist Club of Del Mar – Solana Beach, encourages boys and girls from Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, and Encinitas to join Scouting for leadership, teamwork, and friendship-building activities. The pack meets monthly and provides a fun and inclusive environment for young Scouts.
