Chibuzo Agbo and Matt Knowling were instrumental in sealing the win for USC, with Agbo finding Knowling for a crucial basket in the final minutes. A strong performance from the Trojans’ bench, led by Terrance Williams II and Wesley Yates III, helped them take a seven-point lead at halftime.
The Trojans continued to build momentum in the second half, going on a 10-0 run to extend their lead to 15. Agbo, who finished with 20 points, hit three consecutive three-pointers to keep the Spartans at bay.
