Hollywood Park in Inglewood is undergoing a massive redevelopment project, with the groundbreaking of a new 13-story, 300-room Kali Hotel and Rooftop, Autograph Collection. The hotel, set to open in spring 2026, will feature various amenities, including a pool, spa, fitness center, three restaurants, and a rooftop bar. The project also includes meeting and events spaces, as well as parking spaces.
Leading the development is KPC Development Company, with Clayco as the builder and Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence as the design firms. The hotel will be part of the Autograph Collection Hotels, a brand under Marriott Bonvoy. The Hollywood Park site is owned by Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke and is the largest mixed-use development under construction in the western U.S.
The completed project aims to create a city within a city, with the hotel, office space, retail district, and apartments planned for the area. The development is intended to enhance the overall experience for residents, visitors, and global guests, with a focus on creating a vibrant destination for living, working, playing, and staying.
