The Solana Beach Garden Club is once again offering locally grown red Ecke Prestige Poinsettias and Christmas Cactus for sale this holiday season. Poinsettias are available for $13 each in 6-inch pots, while Christmas Cactus can be purchased for $10 each in assorted colors. Order forms will be available at the Solana Beach Civic & Historical Society’s Holiday Boutique on Nov. 2, or can be downloaded online at Seaweedersgardenclub.org. Orders must be received by Nov. 27, and plants can be picked up on Nov. 30 at the Boys & Girls Club on Lomas Santa Fe Drive. Any unreserved plants will be available for sale at the Boys & Girls Club or the Solana Beach Post Office. Proceeds from the sale will support beautification projects in Solana Beach, including the upkeep of the Post Office sculpture garden. Quantities are limited, so reserve your plants today to support a good cause and add some festive cheer to your holiday decor this season.
