The Dodgers will face either the Atlanta Braves or the San Diego Padres, their opponent determined by the outcome of their Wild Card Series matchup. The Dodgers have a long history with both teams, having faced the Padres in the NLDS twice in the past four years and the Braves in four previous postseason matchups. In 2020, the Dodgers swept the Padres, while they overcame a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Braves in the NLCS. However, in 2021, the Braves got the upper hand in the NLCS, going on to win the World Series. With their 12th consecutive postseason appearance on the horizon, the Dodgers are poised for another exciting playoff series.
