Taco Bell has announced its first-ever hot sauce collaboration with singer-songwriter Omar Apollo. The new hot sauce, Disha Hot Sauce, has a smoky flavor and is made with roasted tomatillos, peppers, lime, and a secret spice mix based on Apollo’s mother’s recipe. The sauce will be available starting on September 26 in three packets, each with a message from Apollo. It can be purchased individually or in a limited-edition Disha Hot Discovery Box for $8.99, which includes a variety of Taco Bell menu items.
For Taco Bell rewards members, there will be an exclusive early release of the limited-edition box on September 24. The box includes an autographed vinyl of Apollo’s latest album, “God Said No,” as well as an exclusive bottle of Disha Hot Sauce. The offer is limited to the first 500 members who claim it.
