Russian forces struck a multistorey building in Kharkiv, injuring at least 12 people, including a child. Ukraine retaliated by hitting two Russian munition depots in the Krasnodar and Tver regions. A Russian drone attack in Nikopol resulted in the death of two people, while one person was killed in Kurakhove by a Russian artillery strike.
In the political arena, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of Western allies providing necessary weaponry to end the war with Russia.
