Los Angeles Sparks’ forward Azura Stevens is making the most of late-season games to solidify her role for next season. In a recent game against the Seattle Storm, Stevens recorded her second consecutive double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Despite her efforts, the Sparks fell short to the Storm, with Skylar Diggins-Smith leading Seattle with 26 points and Gabby Williams adding 17 points. In the game, the Sparks had a strong start but couldn’t maintain their lead as the Storm rallied back. Dearica Hamby set a Sparks record for most single-season rebounds, and Stevens continued to showcase her scoring abilities with four 3-pointers. Despite a competitive game, the Sparks ultimately couldn’t keep up with the Storm’s balanced attack.
