The 13th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2024, sponsored by Stamford Health, is set to return on September 7 at Harbor Point in Stamford, CT. With over 120 exhibitors and ten activation zones, the Expo offers a variety of health and wellness products and services for the whole family, including free flu shots, nutrition education, healthy dishes, and more.
Special presentations from Stamford Health experts will cover topics such as childhood wellness, posture, ergonomic setup, and the importance of a primary care physician. Other highlights include financial health guidance with KeyBank, doggy day care services from Camp Bow Wow Stamford, men’s health information from GameDay Men’s Health, and hybrid and electric vehicle offerings from Toyota of Stamford.
The event will also feature a Pet Wellness Zone, Yoga and Stretching Zone, Group Fitness Zone, Kids Zone, Healthy Home Zone, and Touch-A-Truck Kids Zone. Free group fitness classes will be available throughout the day along the Harbor Point boardwalk.
