Simone Biles, the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history, recently showed off a custom-made white gold necklace featuring a diamond-covered goat, symbolizing her nickname as the “Greatest Of All Time.” The necklace, designed by Janet Heller, drew attention and praise from fans online. Biles explained that the necklace was a nod to both her supporters and detractors, using it as motivation to perform at her best.
This isn’t the first time that Biles has embraced the “GOAT” nickname. Previously, she wore a leotard with a bedazzled goat on it during a competition. The new necklace, made with 546 diamonds, adds to her collection of memorable accessories that pay tribute to her remarkable achievements in gymnastics.
Heller, the jewelry designer, described working with Biles as an “honor” and “privilege,” highlighting the gymnast’s humble and appreciative nature. While some have tried to commission copies of the goat necklace, Heller has declined, emphasizing its one-of-a-kind status.
As Biles continues to compete in Paris, she has three events remaining in the Olympics. With the support of her fans and the symbolism of the goat necklace, she is poised to add even more accolades to her already impressive career.
