Book lovers can attend author events at Book Soup, featuring discussions and book signings with authors like Leonard Pitts Jr., Susan Sisko Carter, and Moon Unit Zappa.
Additionally, Prosperity Market is hosting a Black Business Scavenger Hunt throughout August, showcasing over 100 Black-owned businesses in the Los Angeles area. The Wings Over Camarillo Air Show on August 17-18 will feature aerial performances, classic cars, military aircraft displays, and more.
